This Shipping Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for parcel delivery services provided by Mobile Application/website (hereinafter collectively referred to as by the name of the platform i.e., “Go didi”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policy. Please read it carefully before scheduling a delivery.
- 1. Scope
The Policy is applicable to the users of the App, including its customers, sender of the parcel, service recipients and drivers.
- 2. Delivery services provided
Go didi offers a range of delivery services, including: - Same-Day Delivery : Parcels are picked up and delivered on the same day, subject to availability and specific time cutoffs.
- Specialty Services: We may offer specialized services for specific item types (e.g., fragile items, documents) or business needs.
- 3. Restrictions
Keeping safety for all as priority, Go Didi has restrictions on the types of items we can transport and the same is not limited to: - Illegal items or substances
- Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
- Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials
- Perishable goods that require specialized handling
- Cash, currency, or negotiable instruments
- Animals
- Items of high value, such as jewellery, precious metals etc.
- Any item that is fragile, improperly packaged, or exceeds our size and weight limitations.
Go Didi reserves the right to refuse a delivery if a parcel violates these restrictions or if our delivery partners deem it unsafe to transport.
- 4. Packaging Guidelines
Proper and safe packaging of a parcel is the senders responsibility. Go Didi is not liable for damages that occur due to improper or insufficient packaging. To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, please follow these guidelines: - Use a strong, appropriate box or envelope for your item.
- Seal the package securely with strong packing tape.
- Place the recipient name, address, and contact number clearly on the outside of the package.
- 5. Delivery Process
- Booking: You can book a delivery through the Go Didi app by providing the pickup and delivery addresses, recipients contact information, and details about the parcel.
- Pickup: A Go Didi delivery partner will arrive at the designated pickup location to collect the parcel. Please ensure the parcel is ready for collection at the scheduled time.
- Tracking: You can track the real-time status of your delivery through the Go Didi app.
- Delivery: The delivery partner will deliver the parcel to the specified address and the recipient may be required to confirm the delivery through a requisite action.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., recipient is unavailable, incorrect address), our delivery partner may make a second attempt or hold the parcel at a designated location for pickup. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. If even on the second attempt, the delivery remains unsuccessful, the sender may choose to call back for the parcel and the same would be chargeable.
- 6. Pricing and Payments
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on factors such as distance, parcel size, delivery speed, and special services. The final price will be displayed in the app before you confirm the booking.
- Payment: Payments are processed securely through the Go Didi app. Payments can be made through UPI and cash.

- 7. Liability and Claims
- Liability:Go Didi exercises all reasonable care in the handling and delivery of your parcels. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited to______
- Claims:If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim within [___________] of the scheduled delivery time. To file a claim, please contact our customer support with your booking details and supporting documentation (e.g., photos and video of damage).

Our delivery services are available within tricity of Chandigarh and its surrounding areas. We are continuously expanding our service areas. Please check the Go Didi app or website for the most up-to-date information on our delivery coverage.
